We remove financial barriers and build leadership capacity, connecting talented youth with scholarships, vocational training, career development, and leadership mentorship. Our focus is on enabling students to bridge the gap between classroom and career.
Objectives
- Provide scholarships & sponsorships for high-potential students facing financial barriers
- Dedicate 75% of STEM financial support to women and girls while prioritizing persons with disabilities
- Support TVET sponsorships, vocational skills, and career fairs to ease entry into employment
- Offer comprehensive leadership development, professional mentorship, research support, digital skills, and financial literacy training
