Governance
Legally incorporated, professionally governed
Nurtura Nexus African Foundation is legally incorporated in Uganda as NURTURA NEXUS AFRICAN FOUNDATION (NNAF) CO. LIMITED, a company limited by guarantee without share capital, Registration Number 80034577458793, incorporated on 8 June 2026.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under formal policies covering safeguarding, procurement, risk management, and monitoring & evaluation. Details are published in our Transparency Centre.
